Razz my fire

I became a bartender in 2016 because I found it was a little more profitable than my regular less-than-minimum-wage-job. Since then, I have created some drinks specifically for Holidays at my boss's request. One day, however, I was looking at some liquors that were not popular among our clientele and that I was not allowed to put away. Who drinks Bacardi Razz anyway? I have no idea why management bought them.


Razz my Fire

The bottles bothered me a lot! So I decided to mix them together and the resulting cocktail was surprisingly interesting: an explosive and yet gentle flavor in the palate. It was a pretty successful drink. Here's the recipe so you can judge for yourself.


Razz my Fire

1 oz. Razz Bacardi

1 oz. Strawberry daiquiri (can't remember the brand as we no longer carry it)

1/2 oz. Fireball

Fill with cranberry juice


Garnish as you please and don't judge the one in the photo, I was still learning back then. Let me tell you that I later changed it into a flaming one but I never took photos :(
